1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation.
  • Non-Processing Holidays: We do not process orders on the following U.S. holidays:
    • New Year’s Day (January 1)
    • Presidents’ Day (February 17)
    • Memorial Day (May 26)
    • Independence Day (July 4)
    • Labor Day (September 1)
    • Thanksgiving Day (November 27)
    • Christmas Day (December 25)
  • Orders Placed After Hours/Weekends/Holidays: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) or during weekends and holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your Liparker order arrives safely and on time.

3. Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of $6.99 applies to all orders.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all Liparker orders over $150.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Handling Time: 1 - 2 business days (order preparation)
    • Transit Time: 2 - 3 business days (shipment period)
    • Total: 3 - 5 business days (estimated)
      Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Liparker ships only within the continental United States. We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • International destinations

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

It is essential that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

Liparker is not responsible for:

  • Orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Lost or stolen packages due to forwarding or redirection requests made by the customer to the carrier.
  • Undeliverable packages that are returned to sender.

Returned packages may be disposed of by carriers. Reshipping fees will apply if your order must be sent again due to an incorrect or undeliverable address or if you do not collect your package.

6. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, feel free to contact us.
