Where do you ship the product from and ship to?
We process and ship all orders from within the United States. Our products are delivered to a wide range of locations, including:

We also support deliveries to:
- Alaska and Hawaii
- U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- P.O. Boxes
Pay duties or customs fees?
Nope! Since we ship from within the U.S., there are no additional duties or import fees—the price you see at checkout is all you pay.

- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.

We do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays, including:
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. - Cut-off time for order processing is 12:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, peak seasons, or carrier-related delays.
Track your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, you may request to cancel or update your shipping address within 12 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to make changes as your order may already be in processing.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe or appears to be lost, please:
